Photos and Videos

We reserve the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by Fountain in the City, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. We may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by us including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, video, websites, etc.

A person attending a Fountain in the City event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organisers, and/or contact us in writing and include a photograph. We will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.

To keep up with regulatory, technical and organisational change, we may amend this policy from time to time by publishing the updated policy on our website.
